Unjustified delays in the approval process of my Brand Selling Application

Hello,

My application for selling "Synology branded in the Personal Computers category" has been under review for over nine months without any progress. Despite multiple follow-ups and inquiries, Amazon has not taken any actions to review it.

This situation raises concerns of intentional delay tactics that restrict my ability to sell while Amazon continues to offer Synology products under its own retail operations. Such delays may be seen as an obstruction of competition and unfairly limiting access to the marketplace.

@Rachelle_Amazon Can we resolve this? Amazon system won't even let me submit a new invoice from another authorized distributor (due to the 9 month delay, the original one no longer meets the 180 day requirement...).
