Time limit on a-z claims?

Had an INR A-Z for an item that was shipped 94 days ago. I had thought there was a time limit of 90 days but may have been deluding myself. Will it be granted?. There is no tracking number.

It’s correct that buyers have only 90 days past the last day of each of their order’s Estimated Delivery range to open an A-Z claim but the Customer Service can open one on their behalf until after 6 months following purchase date.

But any potential defect will no longer affect your metrics.

It’s either still within the 90 day (from last estm delivery) allowing the buyer to open themselves, or CS opened on behalf of the buyer, if no tracking, then the buyer will be refunded.
