New account suspended
6 month ago, I applied for an amazon uk selling account through Chinese Account Manager. The account have not started to selling products. I have just submitted the passport of CEO,and Company Business License, Credit Card. After submitting Credit Card two hours later, we receiving the Amazon Payments team email. Amazon Payments team said “We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.” Now, my totally new amazon uk sales account has been suspended. After my new account has been suspended, I sent more than 20 email or open the case to amazon uk. While, there is no response from amazon uk. I do not know what reason causes my account been suspended. Until now, I just received one email from seller-verification@amazon.co.uk, which just said “We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon. ”
It’s so sad ! I planed to start selling products on Black Friday. So, I quickly prepared the KYC materials. No matter now and the future, I promise I will under the Amazon sales rule to sale our products with this only one selling account. Please help to review the KYC materials as soon as possible, and approve our amazon uk sales account.

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated after registration. This is something very common these days, in cases when some of the information or documents which you submitted raised concerns.
However, since you already received the final denial response, it indicates that you failed the review and your account will remain closed unless you manage to find out what exactly was wrong with your submissions and resend it to Amazon again.
Here are the requirements for verification documents which may help. All documents must:

display the same information that matches info you use to register to sell on Amazon

be clear and not blurry

be in color

be high-quality and unobstructed

be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device’s camera (no screenshots)

display the full document (and front and back, if applicable)
