Is it possible to sell CBD drinks on Amazon UK?
We meet all the legal requirements however, last time I check the CBD programme was invite only - is this still the case?

as the drink is cold press it’s not a novel food, so we don’t need a novel food license. Do you see any issues with setting the listings up on Amazon?

Yes, this was their response.
