Amazon Mexico Account
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my Amazon seller account associated with Mexico. Despite not engaging in any sales activities or listing products, I am being charged monthly fees.
I kindly request that you suspend any further monthly fees for my Amazon seller account in Mexico, as I do not intend to list any products or conduct sales in the Mexican marketplace.
Could you please assist me in rectifying this situation and ensure that I am no longer charged monthly fees? I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

You are not talking to Amazon here, this is the seller forum.
The North American account is an unified account and you pay $ 39.90 monthly. In your case that amount is split up. Even if Amazon suspends the monthly fees for Mexico, you will pay more for USA and Canada.

First off, DO NOT TRY TO CLOSE THE MEXICO ACCOUNT. DO NOT EVEN ASK IF IT IS POSSIBLE!!!! AMAZON WILL CLOSE YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT IF YOU EVEN ASK ABOUT IT!!!!
Secondly, as pointed out, the total amount you are being charges is $39.99/month for all of the marketplaces in the Unified Americas (with slight fluctuations due to exchange rates). But since it's a pain for bookkeeping, do this:
Put Mexico ( and any other unwanted marketplaces) on Vacation mode. Then switch to that account, and fully "Close and Delete" all listings there (double check to make sure you're on the right marketplace). Once you do this, your charges should stop being split among the marketplaces.

Hi @Seller_Vae3pDhxxVfII,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC is correct. The 39.99 is a unified North American account charge for professional sellers. It includes US and Canada.
Best,
Dominic
