Read onlyI need to downgrade my account as I have some manufacturing issues - I barely sell a lot now since Amazon jumped on my product to sell themselves and push me out. I am trying but the pages I need don’t work on an iPad. The buttons are not buttons. I’m trying to contact Amazon but I’m going through layers of issue types only to be led back to a dead end of unusable buttons again. How do I get Amazon to reply or work? Help?!
Sounds like an iPad issue as on my laptop (Windows using Chrome) the "Apply changes" button becomes active once I have clicked the dot at the top under Individual.
Try using a different device and/or browser.
