Product is unavailable though listing is active
Hi
I just sent this to Seller Support and got a response that I don’t understand. How do I set location please? Under offers it shows my product is active in the UK. Inactive in other places which is what I want. (Based on their response) I can’t see any shipping template and I can’t really edit shipping under settings neither can I see location. I will appreciate help with it please. I did watch the seller university videos and more on youtube but struggling with this one. Thanks.
My listing is showing as currently unavailable but is showing as Active in Manage Inventory. I have also tried the quick fix solution via Help by entering the ASIN in the “Why is my listing or offer not displaying?” field. It tells me my listing is Active and Buyable. However it is not.
Under Account Info in Listing Status, it shows that the current listing status is “Inactive (Listing are not available for sale on Amazon) Information has been provided and is pending validation.” I have got approval to sell in the grocery category and got approval to use my brand. I don’t have any messages about providing evidence/documents for anything else.
I am still awaiting verification to open selling on amazon payment account but it says I can list my product in the mean time.

According to that info in your account settings you aren’t yet verified so your listing cant be live anywhere (although it might be in your inventory and marked Active). If you signed up in June then that seems too long a wait - have you double checked in your settings and Notifications - in all marketplaces - that they have not asked for any info from you at all??
Is your item showing as live if you look as a buyer - do you want to provide the ASIN?

Thanks for replying. I have been verified but they wanted some more documents before setting up seller payment account which I’ve sent. It’s all green now though awaiting validation. It also says I can start listing. When I check in the quick fix help it says it’s active and buyable but it’s not. Seller Support also said in their email that it should be active but I need to check location. I don’t know where Location is and I can’t edit shipping. I don’t have a pro account if that makes a difference. Here’s the ASIN B08Q4FG9H7

Thank you for your posts.
As you are a new seller you will need to wait for your account verification to be completed before your listings will be available for sale on the website.
It can take time for your account to be fully verified, but it can vary for all accounts so I cannot give a specific timeframe of how long it will take.
In your seller account on the account info page there is currently a banner. If you have not heard back in a few days you can create a case with the verification team using the contact us link to request an update.

Ok, thanks. This means seller support’s response was wrong and the response from running the ASIN in “Why is my listing or offer not displaying” of Your listing is active and buyable is wrong.
More information was requested on Monday which I provided but I’ve read on here that it sends one back to the end of the queue so I will leave it until I hear back.
