hi, i have been trying to get my amazon seller account reactivated and have been sending requested documents to amazon but amazon keep rejecting my documents for reasons such as country of citizenship doesn’t match the issuing country of the documents or the documents number isn’t match with the number on the account which is incorrect, all my documents are uk Documents and all are still valid but they keep getting rejected and today i was asked to send my company confirmation statement, but that’s keep getting rejected as well, i don’t know what amazon wants from me, i just want to reactivate my account and build my business but don’t know what to, so frustrated now.

My UK account has been deactivated which now has caused my USA account to be deactivated, I only sell in the USA and do not need or want the UK account

I have tried logging into the UK account as it has missing credit card information but it will not allow me to update, I do not have access to the seller support or case log, which they repeatedly tell me to go to which is impossible as nothing works!

Anyone know a solution or how to deactivate the UK account?

This has been going on for weeks, just going round and round with Amazon and get no help, I can not speak to anyone in the UK seller team as it seems many are bots and just repeat over and over the same thing

Now I am about to lose my inventory in the USA as they are destroying it as my UK account isn't active

Hello Amazon team,

My account has been deactivated as Amazon system suspect that my account somehow is linked to another account which was deactivated. in past After consulting with Account health team, they informed me that the other account was in France market place and was created in 2019. I informed the Amazon that I only have one account which I created in 2024. Amazon agent told me to justify everything I have told them to the review team in a professional manner. I have told them everything and, told them my future plans to keep my account secure and safe. I have submitted appeal two times now. But, they have rejected the appeals and only saying we don't have enough evidence to reactivate your account. What evidence they want me to provide? They are not being clear. There is not even an option on the submission to provide any evidence. Even if there were I only have my Passport as a form of my ID and bank statements.

Can anyone please help me.
