Restricted Product Policy Violation

I have a bonkers violation on ASIN: B07G4DD5DB which is a ASTRO Gaming A50 Wireless Headset for Xbox One. The violation reads:

The sale of products that are not fitted with either (i) a UK 3-pin plug, or (ii) a non-UK plug permanently fitted with a UK safety-approved conversion plug are prohibited on Amazon.co.uk. For more information on prohibited and approved plugs, please search for the 'Electrical Goods Requirements: Plugs and Sockets' help page in Seller Central.

From manufacturers website of what’s in the box :

Astro A30 Wireless Headset

LIGHTSPEED USB-A transmitter

Removable Boom Microphone

Analog Cable

1.5 m USB-C to USB-A charge cable

A30 Headset Case

Quite obviously these are wireless headphones which is not fitted with, and do not come with, a plug at all so this is an invalid violation. And I cannot even send a support request as it requires me to input a FNSKU and error code - both of which are unavailable since the listing has been completely removed! Could a mod please help with getting this violation removed? Thanks

I've noticed that although they've granted my appeal and reinstated the ASIN, I'm still 4 points down on what I was before they penalised me for it. Anyone know why this might be?

Amazon have been creating multiple "not sold with a 3-pin plug" violations for the last fortnight - frequently on items which require no power cable at all (including some Startech adapters for IT cables and other unbelievable things) - we're not sure what flags these for their algorithm but all you can do is appeal it, I find if you can find a link to the manufacturer's website showing what it is that it seems to help with getting it overturned almost straight away. But if you sell a lot of electronics you'll see a few of these.

I can't comment on your Account Health score, I haven't noticed ours being affected, it may just take a day or two to update. You can raise it with an account health "specialist" if you like - best of luck getting any kind of meaningful answer!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention regarding ASIN: B07G4DD5DB. I understand your concern about the restricted product policy violation flag related to electrical plug requirements.

For selling electrical products on Amazon.co.uk, all items must comply with UK safety standards, specifically:

- Items must have a UK 3-pin plug, or

- Items with non-UK plugs must have a permanently fitted UK safety-approved conversion plug

I recommend checking your ASIN's current status in your Manage Inventory page. If the ASIN is no longer visible because you previously deleted the listing, you may now create a new listing ensuring compliance with UK electrical safety requirements.

If you find that the ASIN is still experiencing any restrictions when attempting to relist, please create a new case with detailed information about your product's plug specifications and compliance with UK safety standards.

Best regards,

Zyan
