I had some issues relistings two ASINs, but today I finally made it. However I would like to joint them using parent-child relationship. I did it many times, but now I downloaded new product template for specific category and I didn't find some fields or values. relationship_type has only "package_contains" value, no "Parent SKU" fields etc. I attached a screenshot, so you can see. In this case I want to make a parent listings, with two childs. Child1 has 1 product and Child2 has 3 product case. How do I finish this relationship? I checked Amazon FAQ, there is no example how to fill the template. I also checked examples in the template file itself, also no examples how to fill it. Can someone help me? @Seller_sSkzzHms7Kxs6 ? In my example, first row should be parent, second row variation with 1 item in the pack and third row variation with 3 items in the pack.

ich will über die Lagerbestandsdatei zwei bereits gelistete Einzelprodukte zu einem Variantenprodukt zusammenführen. In der Lagerbestandsdatei habe ich den Parent (vollständiges update - da noch nicht existent) angelegt mit den Einzelprodukten (über die ASIN mit teil-update da vorhanden). In den Blauen Feldern zur Parent-child Beziehung habe ich alles angegeben. Trotzdem bekommen ich beim Parent den Fehler Attribut child_parent_sku_relationship fehlt - , dabei gebe ich ja vor, das es der Parent ist, die Childs sind auch angegeben mit Child/Variation und Parent-SKU sowie Variationsbeziehung.

Irgendwelche tipps?

Please advise on what to do in this situation - we need to update the content in a blocked listing.

Here's the situation: we sell a special product on Amazon.de. We got banned, presumably because of the use of prohibited keywords in the "Product Description" field.

Support recommended changing this field. We have tried to do this repeatedly, pressing the "SAVE" button, it then says that the data is saved, but in fact, after several days, everything remains the same (nothing is saved).

And it is very important for us to make changes in the "Product Description" to get out of the ban (the support team, which only responds by email, clarified that they will only be ready to unban after the listing is changed).

Trying to update via a flat file through "UPDATE" also does not change the "Product Description", several days pass, but the changes are not saved.

What would you advise us to do?

Is there a way to reset blocked listings via a special flat file or otherwise?
