The same issue, despite providing complete information, the team said they would investigate, but they have not received a response.

@Seller_7bFykJqjE0i4R - maybe re-open one of your cases and ask them to escalate it to a manager, because of the length of time. Worth a try.

This means the amount debited from your account will remain, but the claim will not count against your Order Defect Rate (ODR). You should see the ODR update on your Account Health page within 48 hours.

The A-to-Z team determined that while the buyer is eligible for a full refund, your ODR should not be impacted due to mitigating circumstances.
