@Seller_7bFykJqjE0i4R - maybe re-open one of your cases and ask them to escalate it to a manager, because of the length of time. Worth a try.

Thank you for your patience. Upon review of the A-to-Z claim, the decision has been made to reverse the fault decision while upholding the funding decision. This means the amount debited from your account will remain, but the claim will not count against your Order Defect Rate (ODR). You should see the ODR update on your Account Health page within 48 hours.
The A-to-Z team determined that while the buyer is eligible for a full refund, your ODR should not be impacted due to mitigating circumstances.
