My verification was denied
I got the email that says my verification was denied because my id was blurry, etc... Looks perfectly fine to me. I am more than happy to retake a photo and send it again but I cannot find the "Identity Verification" page per the instructions. I don't see that under my Account Profile. Just a banner saying my account is under review. Nothing is ever easy with Amazon. Anybody know where this "Identity Verification" page is located? Thanks

It is only located under your Account Info page → Start re-verification
If it shows under review, I recommend holding off doing anything and giving it 24 hours to see if it goes through.
There have been reports of sellers receiving these types of emails, and then hours later, the banner disappears, and the account is verified. It may have been triggered by a bot with an auto email but will now be reviewed by a human.
If there is no update after 24 hours, you can try the re-verification link I posted, or you will need to open a case with Seller Support and ask them to reset the verification link/page for you.
Please keep us posted.

Thanks. I will wait and see. I got an email saying "For national ID cards, both sides of the card must be submitted in one digital file. " But of course, when I did the verification the first time, it asked for front and back as 2 separate files.

It is under your account page. Keep in mind this is the easy part.

Really freaked me out, but it went through. If you are using bank account, send them a statement that matches up and also shows your Amazon deposits.

Hello @Seller_TxmE0vgjhcKwU
My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team here on Seller Forums. Thank you for your post here regarding your verification process.
I also checked your account and noticed that Amazon is still processing and reviewing the account.
If you are still seeing the "under review" banner by tomorrow, please let me know. I would be happy to escalate it to a specialist team that handles re-verification processes.
Best,
Sandy

A Few days ago I received a customer return from Amazon and the box contained a plastic bottle full of a dark colored liquid probably to compensate an empty boxes weight. I took photos of the fraudulant return item ,3 different angels also the return Amazon slip and forwarded to seller support. The answer was send us the LPN , however there was no LPN # and It was denied, does Amazon verify what the customer return ?why cant they trace the customer using the small packing slip ?

Yeah, I just got an email saying my license number and birthdate don't match my ID. Spoiler alert, they definitely do.

Make sure the documents are scanned in a high resolution scanner.

I got an email from Amazon saying that my second attempt at sending clearer documentation was successful. "Thanks for creating a Selling on Amazon account! We have completed verifying your identity. As next steps, please log into your Seller Central account to activate your account and check if any further action is needed.Thank you for choosing to sell on Amazon and we’re here to help you succeed every step of the way."
Great! Only one problem here. I can neither edit my book listings nor can I create new listings. Sent a message to seller support about this problem. Got a message back saying that the problem with that is that my account is in vacation mode and that I must reactivate in order to work on my account. Strange that is because I frequently use vacation mode to work on my account uninterrupted by post office visits.
I followed their advice but that did not work. Still can't list new product or edit my account. Sent a follow up message and was given as a recommended solution to "close my account." This leads me to conclude that this verification thing appears to be a cheap ploy by Amazon to thin the herd by requiring us to jump through a never ending litany of flaming hoops until frustration leaves us "undesirables" with no choice but to move on.
I have been selling on Amazon since 2002. I was here when Bezos was struggling to establish this site. I guess he figures it is time to throw out the trash. It would appear that gratitude, loyalty, and honesty have been tossed out the window in favor of money, power, greed, and corruption
