Changing from an individual seller to a sole trader?

Hi

Please can someone help as this is a joke. I opened an account as an individual seller (using my own name and home address) and now I want to change to a sole trader as as I have registered with HMRC (I have registered in my own name and same address for my business so this does not need to be changed). I believe if you change to a sole trader you have to get your status changed so I opened a case log and explained I needed to do this. After some back and forth as they didn’t understand what I wanted to do they closed my case and sent me some instructions as you can see below. Straight away I went to step 1 and clinked on business identity but it didn’t give me an option of doing anything other than pressing submit which I did, but I didn’t actually change anything as it didn’t give me an option (it didn’t ask to upload anything) and now it says I will be verified in 24hrs or more. I followed the more help link and it just takes me to searching for help. Is there anyway I can contact seller support and just upload some documents so they can change me to a sole trader as I just keep going around in circles.

All I want to do is change from an individual seller to a sole trader or is it best to close my account and open a new one as I have not sold anything yet as I wanted my status updating. It should be easy but I keep going round in circles with them.

Kind Regards
