Amazon partnered carrier not being able to purchase error

When attempting to purchase a label using the Amazon partner carrier discount, I receive an error message: "UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) is unavailable. Please recheck your ship-from address and try again."

Do you have a full understanding of shipping on the Amazon site?

In on-line retail sales, the buyer always pays for shipping. It makes no difference if a seller displays a shipping cost, or the cost is included in the product pricing. The buyer always pays.

Therefore, when selecting a shipping site from where to purchase the shipping, the benefits of using that shipping method must be considered.

Amazon is full of buyer fraud, and the INR claim is always among the top of the list. When you buy shipping thru Amazon Shipping, Amazon will protect you from INR claims. When purchasing shipping on any other site, you are responsible for the INR claim. All the buyer has to do is say they did not get the item, and Amazon will refund they from your account every time.

So, is the risk of purchasing shipping off the Amazon site worth it? Personally, I believe Amazon set up this partnered site to trick sellers in thinking they can save money, but the real reason is so Amazon does not have to deal with the INR claims, costing the seller more in the long run.

Based on the message received, and the below note from this help page, can you help confirm if you are still receiving any errors after confirming the ship-from address as correct?

"Important: During shipment creation, make sure that you select the correct shipping method and ship from address. Shipments that are sent via a different shipping method or multiple shipping methods or carriers may not get a delivery appointment or may be refused at pickup. An incorrect ship from address may result in additional fees or missed pickup requests."

I also saw this recent thread on the topic where it is discussed that a phone number is now also a requirement within the ship from address, might that be the issue here?
