Read onlyHi amazon mods and fellow sellers,
We have received notice for one IP violation about one listing.
We bought the book directly from the brand owner with commercial invoice. May be the different departments of this publishers have no coordination between them. We have submitted the original invoice to amazon as appeal and proof.
But they have again and again rejected it. How to go about it please. The invoice submitted states clearly the publisher/company's name, the buyer name, the book title, the invoice date and quantity.
Your help will be appreciated. We are telling the publishers to withdraw their complaint, which they are agreeing to, but is taking a little longer.
thanks,
ns
Hello @Seller_ZbcEBv3JYIZDb,
Thank you for posting your concerns with an infringement violation.

As you mentioned sourcing these from the brand with commercial invoices. The question I have is if you communicated the situation with the brand or rights owners themselves. If you are an approved distributor of this product for this brand than the easiest thing would be for them to retract the complaint.
Otherwise, aside from a retraction I can only advise that you review our invoice requirements to ensure all information matches and meets our requirements for them to be accepted.
So I can help look further into the situation or provide more guidance, can you post the ASIN and any related Case IDs you have related to the situation?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
