Returns without retail packaging/label
Where does the law stand when a customer returns an item missing the retail packaging. Item was returned but the retail packaging was not, so I can no longer sell it as new.

In cases like this I message the customer asking them to send the packaging, if they can’t get it to you the item is not in it’s original condition, so you can give a partial refund with a photo of the item less packaging.
