Advert Campaign Impressions from 3,000 to 0 in One day - £50 spend a day to £0

We have a very important advert campaign that spends around £50 a day which usually has 3k-4k impressions per day.

We are now past 2pm and that same advert has 0 impressions.

What could cause this? It can't be that our bids are no longer high enough?

Hey there, I can understand how frustrating it must be to see your campaign go from performing well to zero impressions in a single day. A sudden drop like that usually points to a few common culprits beyond just bid competitiveness.

First, I'd check whether your listings are active, in stock, and not suppressed for any reason. Sometimes a listing issue can silently pause ad delivery without any obvious notification in Campaign Manager.

Next, check if your campaign status shows "Out of Budget" or if there have been any recent changes to your account-level budget cap. Even if your campaign budget looks fine, an account-level cap can stop everything.

I'd recommend reviewing the Ads Support Help Center for campaign troubleshooting steps: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G202004230

If everything looks normal on your end and the issue persists, I'd suggest opening a case with Ads Support directly so they can investigate your specific campaign. You can do that through the "Help" section in Seller Central.

Had this exact same issue. Amazon support were no use in helping. I tried copying the campaign and noticed the copied campaign was immediately set to archived (strange). I tried copying the original campaign again, only this time I set it to "pause campaign after copying". I then unpaused the new campaign and paused the old one. Impressions started coming back same day.
