Product made. Shipped. About to arrive...account suspended!
HI everyone.
It’s all in the title, really, but here we go- Opened my seller account a few months ago. On it, I have only used FBA. I did this to ‘warm up’ the account.
My wife also has an account. She had some problems last Christmas. She only sold a handful of items but as a % of feedback, the complaints got her suspended. She has used FBA since.
My business is a different legal entity, at a different address, in my name.
Literally I am a day or two away from expecting my shipment of the new product we have made, and I’ve nowhere to sell it as Amazon has suspended due to ‘possible linked account’.
I guess I am asking the qu which has been asked thousands of times- but is there any way to get anyone to look at this and do ‘something’. They said 24 hours, and we’re coming up on two weeks now.
Any help welcome. I’ll take anything!

The possibility is that you or your wife have used the other’s computer to login to Amazon .
Regarding advice this is always a tough one as often the suspensions for linked accounts are robot driven and getting a suspension for possible linked account is difficult to undo .
Hopefully there are others here that see it differently and perhaps can offer you some advice

Amazon has correctly linked your accounts. The fact that the other account is registered to a different business doesn’t matter.
According to the Amazon policy, it is not allowed to operate multiple seller accounts within the same household without having a prior permission from the Seller Performance.

If this is headed straight for a fulfilment centre then best advice is
REDIRECT to your own premises.
This will
1: Save you from expense if Amazon do not reinstate you and your inventory would otherwise be stuck at their centre.
2: Enable you to QC the shipement to make sure that everything is as it should be before you start selling the goods and belatedly find that something was amiss.

Thanks for the advice; much appreciated.
I guess there is still no way to speak to anyone, then? I have to just wait?

The suspenion due to related accounts is a difficult and lengthy suspension to appeal also, you will need to delete the “Second” account, keeping the original account. Your plan of action for appealing reinstatement will require the second account to be closed off , this in itself takes time.

When you opened the second seller account did you contact seller performance first and get authorisation to allow you to have 2 seller accounts for two different people but at one household address?
Also have you listed any products in the same categories? As this is a no no.

Although if you are suspended during the verification process or fail the verification process, you will not be able to remove your inventory.

This is also the first line on Amazon’s policies;
When registering as a seller on Amazon, you create a single seller account for your business.
Important: Operating and maintaining multiple seller accounts is prohibited.
Things to avoid
Registering multiple seller accounts
Including website URLs in product feeds, business name, or other company information that might refer customers to your website or a third-party website

Dear all; thank you very much for the input. Sounds like this account has had it.
I did try to tell them when I was opening; my wife did too, but as usual, it’s nigh on impossible to direct a matter like this to the right person.
I have managed to re-route the inventory. Now I need to find a place to sell it.
