FBA Standard Size & Oversize
Hi all!
Just reviewing some of our FBA fulfilment costs and I’m not sure if I’ve been being overcharged on a product that we are regularly selling.
Please could someone point me in the direction of Amazons FBA Standard/Oversized dimensions literature?
Also, in the event of the item being incorrectly categorised, would it be at all likely that Amazon would issue a backdated refund for items which have been overcharged? (There are probably a few hundred of them!)

If it goes over standard size by size or weight, then it’s overize.
You can ask them for a refund, but I’ve never done it myself.
I’ve asked them to cubiscan items to ensure they’re measured and weighed correctly.
