Design Mark Upload Error

I am attempting to register for Brand Registry. I have a trademark pending.I am required to upload an image of my design mark but everytime I do so I get an upload error message. I have tried png and jpg. My image is well under the 5mb limit. I can&#39;t progress without solving this issue.
