Account Level Reserve

Hi, I have been selling on here for almost 2 years and my account health is healthy. I have noticed that when I get my payouts that Amazon has holding roughly 50% of my total balance in account level reserve. I usually get my payouts every two weeks. I would like to get all of the money is in there as it can help with paying suppliers etc. Can anyone help with this?.

All accounts have a rolling reserve
You’ll always have some funds in reserve

It’s called the delivery date reserve policy

Hoping that if its being rolled out to everyone they’ll at least improve the process… something as simple as 2hr bank transfers instead of their archaic 3-5 day transfers would make a world of difference without diluting the delivery policy.

That may be expecting too much though…

I think these reserve changes on various online platforms are making Ebay look more and more inviting for a lot of sellers.

For what it’s worth, this new Account Level Reserve has kicked in today for us and…up to now…there has been no change whatsoever. We are 100% FBA and nothing has so far been placed in reserve.

Yes that’s correct - it shows in the balance and then at 1am every night it moves some over into funds available, sometimes it does miss a day or two so don’t wait up…

Yeah I’m the same, I have an amount in red in the transaction view, but there is a huge difference between the total balance (or even net proceeds) less reserve and what I can actually disburse, it looks like about 60% of my total balance is in a hidden reserve somewhere
