Amazon didn't pay properly
Hello Amazon sellers,
I like to post this for your reference.
I hope I’m wrong.
In fact, I don’t check all transactions because they looks too complicated to me and it’s time consuming works.
Today I accidently saw one transaction and found that the product charge credit after shipping didn’t apply on my account but Amazon still charged shipping label on my account. I requested Support Team to check this case and I began to check the past transactions. Unfortunately not all but many transaction credits didn’t apply on my account. It means Amazon didn’t pay me whole amount of sales.

What does it say under your Disbursements?
What does it say under your Payments page, do you have a reserve or deferred (invoice) payments/transactions?
