U[date issue with county of establishment and business type
I am so frustrated with amazon that I am about to scream. I am a new seller and were asked to provide more information about the country of establishment and business type. I click on the link (in RED) given on HOME page. I click update and get a pop up. I select UK as my country and then ‘Privately Owned Business’ as business type (limited company) and click on CONTINUE. Nothing then gets updated and I am back to square one again with the same message to update??? I raised the issue and supplied screen shots but they keep coming with the same standard response telling me how the process works that I have already been following. I feel i am talking to a wall and no one has even bothered to look at my emails or the attachments!!! I am so angry and frustrated that I can’t talk to a person who would take ownership of the issue and bother to see what’s wrong. HELPPPPPPPPPP PLEASE.

Where it say primary contact and shows your name, have you clicked on expand and entered your residential address ?
