Seller Central showing product 'Active' but out of stock for customers?

Hello,

I have gone around in circles with support regarding this and I am now just getting the same canned responses that doesn’t really relate to my issue!

A product that was previously available to purchase has become out of stock for customers despite currently having stock (FBA). Seller central in multiple areas states the product is ‘Active’ and ‘Buyable’. Though the item says that it is active in seller central, if you go onto the consumer side it says “Currently unavailable. - We don’t know when or if this item will be back in stock.”

Although I can’t convert the listing to FBM as it appears stuck, if I create a new condition and convert it to FBM with stock available it does become purchasable again.

This issue appears to be currently affecting 6 other product listings. This issue appears in most EU marketplaces but their does not appear to be any consistency in this between listings.

I understand this is quite a vague issue so I have tried to be as descriptive as possible - Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you checking with the correct buyer postcode ?

Yes this is our exact issue! I have done a few inventory reports and all seems okay.

we have over 450 stock for our top selling cable in UK / 150 stock in Germany but the consumer side for both (co.uk / .de) state they are unavailable.

I’ve just ran an inventory report for UK. Both now have no data in the quantity. I can see the inbound FBA order in JAN for 450 new stock to UK. We have sold around 70 in the UK since then.

We are currently organising our EPR - as you said though, the lack of this should not affect our UK listing/stock?

Account health is in good standing with no violations.

Hi

You can delete the FBA offer and it will become stranded then create the listing from the stranded inventory, it will become active and buyable for the customers.

Thanks
