A+Content kann nicht gelöscht werden, weil das Produkt gesperrt wurde. Das Produkt ist gesperrt weil der A+Content nicht Richtilinienkonform ist.
Eine unsere ASINs wurde wegen nicht richtilinienkonformer Produktbeschreibung gesperrt. Da der Fehler im A+Content liegt haben wir diesen nun vollständig gelöscht. Aber offensichtlich ist der Content immernoch mit der ASIN verknüpft. Denn die ASIN wird weiterhin wegen Richtilinienverstößen im A+Content gesperrt. Das es noch andere verstöße als den A+Content gibt ist ausgeschlossen. Das wurde durch das SAS Team schon bestätigt. Ich habe schon mehrere Fälle aufgemacht. keiner ist in der Lage den gelöschten content von der ASIN zu trennen. Ich bin schon drauf und dran die ASIN mit allen SKUs zu löschen und es neu zu erstellen. In der Hoffnung, dass die Verknüpfung eines gelöschten A+ Inhaltes ausbleibt und die ASIN dann wieder aktiviert werden kann.
