GPSR: warning and safety information
Hi Other Amazon Sellers,
Im sure we are all aware by now of the new GPSR policies and how time consuming it is for everyone to find all the relevant documents. My question however is this:
There seems to be a button called attest to product safety on many of my products. I've tried this option but amazon has failed to get back to me. None of my products are inherently unsafe to use, so has anyone actually managed to get their products cleared using this option/ button?

We are not sure about this either - many of our products do not require safety information, so we have been selecting these options and hearing nothing back.
I must say that this entire process is a shambles and time consuming mess for small brand and sellers without the resources to dedicate time to this. The support is atrocious too. No wonder the EU is going through an economic contraction. They don't make it easy for small businesses to do anything.

We are also trying to use this as our products are not unsafe and in any way or form! Will keep you updated if anything starts to work...

we are trying this option all. how on earth are amazon going to check each product for each seller. we have over 1000 to do
