Account Deactivated Due to Failed Identity Verification

Hello,

I urgently need help reactivating my Amazon account.

We have been selling on Amazon for years, but in September 2024, after changing our business address, Amazon notified us that a video call was required to verify our new documents and identity.

Unfortunately, we experienced technical issues during the call, and our microphone didn’t work. The representative advised us to end the call and reschedule. A few days later, our account was deactivated, citing an inability to verify our identity/documents.

For months, we’ve been reaching out to Amazon Account Health Support via phone and email, trying to schedule a new call without success. We were repeatedly told that a new link will be sent, but received nothing.

The support team also claims they have no access to verification details and cannot assist further. On November 28, 2024, we filed for mediation to resolve the issue but haven’t received any response either.

We believe that this is an error on Amazon’s part. After three months and countless calls, it’s unacceptable that no solution or new link has been provided. We are a legitimate business with all the required documents. Interestingly, only the European market account is affected; our other Amazon accounts remain active.

Has anyone faced a similar issue and found a resolution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
