Incorrect Shipping Label Adjustments – EVRI
Hello,
I am facing a very serious issue with incorrect shipping label adjustment charges on my Amazon account.
All my shipping labels were purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping using EVRI.
EVRI has applied multiple adjustment charges claiming discrepancies in parcel dimensions.
However, in many cases, the customer-entered dimensions and the carrier-audited dimensions are almost identical (sometimes exactly the same), yet I am still being charged.
These charges have already been deducted from my Amazon balance.
When I contacted Seller Support, I was told that the adjustments are made by the carrier (EVRI) and that I should contact them directly. But since the labels were purchased through Amazon and all payments were processed by Amazon, I believe Amazon also holds responsibility for resolving this matter.

I have several affected transactions with Order IDs, adjustment amounts, and statements to prove the issue.
I kindly request Amazon to:
Investigate and refund all incorrect adjustment charges.
This issue is causing me financial loss to a small business and should be reviewed urgently. Has any other seller faced the same problem with EVRI shipping label adjustments?

I checked the case but it seems that we are not able to help with this via the Forums. As mentioned in the case, you will need to contact EVRI directly about this issue. I think everyone has experienced this at some point with Evri when using Buy Shipping. I used to get anything from random 5p per parcel to being charged twice for entire batches.
After getting fed up with this, and through following someone's recommendation on here, I switched to Parcel to Go around 3 months ago and now purchase my Evri labels through them. Since doing so I have shipped around 500 parcels (at a cheaper cost for the same service) with zero "Evri" adjustments being made to my account (so far). So I do question if it is Evri making these adjustments.
I have also had two parcels go missing, both of which were fully refunded by Evri / Parcel to go, as you actually have an easier way of resolving the issues and making claims. Trying to do that when you have purchased through buy shipping is just painful.
