    Does anyone know how to open up RM 24 and 48 via Buy Shipping

    Hi all.

    I hope you're all having a good Friday and may have some advice for this (case opened 17th Aug - work in progress - case number 11423652752).

    I dis-engaged my Royal Mail account as I ship mainly letters but I'd like to offer RM 24 and 48 and purchase postage via Buy Shipping but it's greyed out (see image).

    Has anyone else had this and what did you do (if anything)? Or does anyone know how to register or is this just another issue that doesn't work?

    Yes I have this too.

    I have a personal Click & Drop account (don't need an OBA with RM) and I was told by Amazon that this option is only available to sellers with an RM OBA account. So I have to go on the RM C&D site to purchase and enter details on Amazon. Infuriating, isn't it?

    Have you linked you Royal Mail account to Amazon. If not instructions are here

    If you link your account check to make sure you are still being charged for the letter post. Some sellers are not charged for letter post once they link their RM account this could cause a large bill in the future when Amazon realise.

    If you have already linked your account I believe it is RM you need to talk about to ensure the services are enabled on your account

    rm24 and 48 are different than tracked24 and tracked48, you need to get in touch with Rm and have them manually add the tracked services to your royal mail business account which should attach to your amazon account, when linked

    if you dont have a royal mail business account its worth doing,

    depending on how many you send they will agree rates for the year so you knwo what to expect

    I was hoping to do this via Amazon Buy Shipping rather than copy and pasting customer info into RM online website.

    I don't want to do this via a RM business account as it means a trip to the post office everyday when it's only an order or two (if I'm lucky)
