Liquidation or FBA Donations programme
I have a professional account with a downgrade to individual, pending.
We have a book that is not selling, I am considering the options of liquidation, we are registered as vat exempt on Amazon does this process still require vat numbers/code, to complete the process.
Also considering the FBA Donations programme, I understand that products have to be considered eligible what products are considered eligible for donations programme, will amazon tell you first before they destroy anything?
Also where do you begin the process

Liquidation requires a valid VAT number and for you to be enrolled in the VAT Calculation Service.
Donations are part of the disposal process. You request disposal and Amazon either donate or destroy. According to their policy page the only way to see info on goods donated is to look at the VAT transaction reports.
Edit - also you still pay the disposal fees if your goods are donated.
