Oral B brand ungating
I have attached the official invoice copy from Sports Direct (a reputable wholesaler) to get ungated for my oral b products. The amazon team was not ungating me when I uploaded my qogita invoice. I have been in contact with the qogita team and they are happy to be contacted to resolve this issue. I have also changed supplier to see if this would resolve the issue but it seems like my applications are still being rejected.
I now have over £500 worth of stock waiting at home. I dont get any explanation as to why both my invoices have been rejected. On the previous application it mentioned using a reputable wholesaler. I thought the wholesale company which is small was the issue so I ordered from sports direct. I have included the invoices for both with clear FULL NAME, BRAND, EMAIL, ADDRESS AND PRODUCT ID. It included every bit of detail I was asked but I keep getting automated responses and automatic rejections. I cant get a hold of anyone who can help. I message the amazon staff and they say its outside of their capacity to help. Im left helpless

Sports Direct are a reputable retailer, not a wholesaler. Amazon don't typically accept receipts / invoices from retailers.

Sports Direct aren't a wholesaler. They are a B2C retailer - amazon don't tend to accept retail receipts. It would all depend who was on your first invoice.
It could well be that Oral B limit who actually sells on amazon, and I assume a brand that size has a close working relationship with amazon so will advise who are valid wholesalers - though given your belief that Sports Direct were a wholesaler - was the other supplier also a retailer?

Qogita are not a supplier, they're a catalogue of suppliers so their invoice is unlikely to be acceptable to Amazon - it would need to be an invoice from an actual supplier

Hi Cherrytree this is so useful what would you advise I do if you was in my situation

By the way, its also against amazon policy to infringe on their brand names. Frankly - simply removing the o from Amazon, that will be spotted eventually.
Just from a search point of view - how would anyone find you online?

Hi Loops thank you for the message. Any wholesalers I can use to get ungated for oral B?

Harrisons direct often have toothpaste brands like oral b and colgate. They also cater to newer amazon sellers and are reseller friendly.

Like others have said to you, please just stick to wholesalers and not retail stores.
If your lucky you may be able to return the goods to Sports Direct within 28 days.
To change your name on Amazon seller central go to > account info > seller information > then find store details > edit display name > submit

Amazon can and do sometimes check that the quantities you have bought from a wholesaler match the quantities you sell on Amazon (i.e. you buy more from wholesaler than the quantity sold on Amazon).
So even if you manage find a wholesaler that Amazon accept to un-gate Oral B, do not attempt to then sell your existing stock from Sports Direct via Amazon because if they ask for invoices and the amounts do not tally they will suspend the listing.

Return all 500 to Sports Direct as you have purchased as a consumer (were they on clearance?) and not a trader.
Lesson learned.

Hi,
I had the same issues with Amazon even when my invoices where from a reputable wholesaler, like someone mentioned earlier, Oral-B chooses their wholesalers so I decided to list the Oral-B products and braun lady shaver on my ebay account and it sold within days. I think as a seller you should have alternative platforms 😉
