FBA listing size has been increased and overcharge fulfillment
Hi,
We have just sent our 3rd batch of an ASIN into FBA and after checking our inventory the fees total has increased 50% due to Amazon amending the size of the product and charging a much higher fulfilment fee.
We have amended on the inventory and no update.
We have increased the price of our FBA stock to remove from buy box and replace with our SFP stock but we have 20 pallets of stock in FBA locations and would rather not have to retrieve the stock.
Any ideas?

Have you asked them to remeasure the product?

You can open a support ticket within Seller Central and request they remeasure the product, the may even provide photographs of the measure should you request it.
