"Section 3 - Product Authenticity Suspension"

My account has been suspended for over two months. I sourced all my products directly from Amazon. Despite submitting multiple appeals with evidence, they were not accepted. Interestingly, the same invoices were sufficient to release my inventory. I assure you that all my products are genuine, and I have not engaged in any wrongdoing. Could an Amazon Account Health representative please assist me?

it’s well documented that Amazon do not accept their own invoices for proof of authentication. If buying from Amazon to sell on Amazon you have to list as “used” not new.
