Amazon not willing to resolve the problem - over 2 months
Hi,
I was wondering if someone has been in a similar situation, where you were ignored by the Amazon seller support.
I have opened a case on he 15/06 for a simple issue with the call back service. Basically I can not call / request a call from Amazon seller support.
Since I’ve opened the case I got around 15 copy / paste messages that they are working on the issue and thanking me for my continued patience. They haven’t done anything to actually fix the problem.
Is there a way of escalating it to someone more senior who could take some action and fix the problem.
Even the feedback link doesn’t appear on my cases anymore.

Welcome to the club… this is normal.
My own take on it is that Amazon can’t be bothered with customer service for their sellers, so they just fob everthing off to ill trained staff in India to make it look like they care. If they can’t deal with the problem they will just ignore it because they need to get it off their screens as fast as possible in order to keep their jobs.
My adivce is to just keep openning the case and eventually you might get someone who is actually a bit more switched on and will take it further. I had a case that took well over a year to resolve but with persistence it was sorted.

After these calls,do the customer service reps ask you for feedback of how they dealt with you.
They did with me and when i said i thought their service was rubbish someone actually called me asking why.
They really are more interested in how they are judged then how they perform.

Blackadder, you said it took you over a year to get it sorted. Well I am afraid it is going the same direction with my issue. They have tried to close the case a few times but I kept re-opening it. Nothing has changed, instead of closing it they just send one of those copy / paste message pretending that they care. Are you aware of any way of escalating it to more senior people? I cannot even call them…
