My seller account has been deactivated for one month now
My seller account has been deactivated for one month now. Our family have been living in the dark ever since. Every seller knows what's that mean: warehouse lease, inventories...... like your world suddenly stopped!!!
During this month, you stay in front of the computer every day and prepare all the documents they required to appeal. Then you submitted and waited until receiving a robot rejection replies after 6 years doing business on Amazon following all the rules, paying all the fees. But one day, your account was stopped completely because of one complaint from a buyer.
Looks like nothing works! Please some one can help me with that? I called so many times and no one could give me clear instruction how to do and what documents we should prepare. We try everything.

Your Amazon seller account has been temporarily deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings are no longer active. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address the following issue.
Why is this happening?
Your products had an altered expiration date. Expiration dates cannot be covered, scratched off, or replaced. Amazon has several product detail and listing policies to ensure customers have a consistent buying experience and receive items in the condition they expect. Additional information regarding these policies can be found on the following help pages:

My God, why is so hard when you wanna do a legit business and pay all taxes, fee as well as following all the rules? It destroyed our life only because of one mistake you made? It's so unfair! Please help! I'm crying for help desperately

So, you did do it.
Amazon tends to hit people who violate the seller's code of conduct pretty hard. It is almost impossible to recover from this kind of section 3 violation.
If Amazon is refusing your PoA(plan of action) then your remaining option may be Arbitration as defined in section 18 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. This is what you agreed to when you became a seller on Amazon, btw. You can find it in Seller University or through a search on google.

Hello @Seller_OH5tct6sQSvqg
Thank you for the information provided regarding the situation with the expiration date on your products not showing accurately. I know this can be increasingly frustrating when the appeal you are submitting is being repeatedly rejected, and I do want to provide support to you. I understand that you had purchased these products, and did not verify that the expiration was showing as it should which ultimately led to the deactivation.
Generally, our team will be looking for information that can show that there were no expiration concerns with the product. However, if you cannot provide this, you will want to focus on putting together an explanation that can show you have an understanding for what occurred and will have solid processes put in place to prevent any future issues from occurring again.
If our team does not determine the explanation as being sufficient enough to prevent future concerns, they will be obligated to reject the submission and maintain the restrictions on the account. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a resolution to this situation if they remain unable to validate your details.
I will continue to monitor for any future questions or updates that you might receive on this situation to ensure that you are getting the assistance needed.
Best,
Atlas
