Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) - Shipment / Order disappeared?

Hi, This is the first time I am trying AW&D. Last night I created an order to send to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD). There were almost 2000 items going to be on the pallet all case packed. I was at the stage when you pick a ship date and approve the shipping charges. Now, when I go back to the system the order is gone.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Did the whole thing just disappear?

You might be checking it in the wrong place. Are you checking it in "Amazon distribution center shipments" or "Fulfillment center shipments"?
