Wrong market on register

Really frustrated here...I registered on Friday and although I followed the instructions during the registration process I ended up with a seller account activated for North America market, and not European market, as I intended.

- I activated Europe, had to verify my credit card for each and every one of the EU countries, but I don't know how to deactivate / remove North American Market?

- On a professional account will I be charged 39€ for each EU country (France, Italy...) if I decide to sell in all of them? Or one fee for the EU?

Thank you if anyone can help with these.. Amazon "support" keeps sending template phrases and emails, it's like talking to a wall

Hi @Seller_j783TioRDDjwj,

Thanks for getting in touch.

To deactivate your North American Amazon seller account, I recommend you to reach out to Amazon Seller Support US.

I believe the process is the same as in EU, simply head to your Account Info page US, then click on Account Manager > Close account.

Regarding your monthly Professional selling plan fee, it can vary based on whether your accounts are merged or not.

If they're not merged, you'll pay the full subscription fee in each country (or region, for North America and Europe). If they are merged, you'll enjoy a discounted subscription fee.

For more detailed information, feel free to visit the Monthly subscription fee FAQs.

Be sure to focus on the following points: I sell across multiple countries and regions. How is my subscription fee charged? and How do I close my Amazon seller account?

Regards, Ezra
