Royal Mail click and drop not working
Anyone else having problems buying postage directly from Royal Mail using Click and Drop?

Working fine here. RM C&D can be glitchy though sometimes. Try closing your browser and reopening it. That usually works for us.

No Click & Drop is working fine. Do you pay per order or do you have a billed account with them? We use to have problems going back a year or two with it crashing and being down all the time but there seems to be a team in place who have worked out all the bugs and they’ve added a lot of new features the past year, such as print assist, so you don’t have to have a pdf load of the labels and send to printer you can just pre assign a printer to the label, picking sheet, etc… saved loads of time.
