AMAZON is robbing us when Order is refunded.

When customer refund the order first of all amazon don't provide us details and don't ask us that order refund reason is correct or not. 2nd they charge Refund processing fee. 3rd Refund order product never gets back and when order reimbursement happen they use market fair value that is only 32% in my case. 4th they deduct amazon fees again (duplicate) when calculating reimbursement value. And we cannot file SAFE-T claim for reimbursed order so we cannot question amazon in that case. So amazon is literally robbing us on the name of refund process. This is not fair action by Amazon.
