Beware of Loan Fraud attempts by indifi business loan for amazon

We received an interesting mail today by indifi business loan by Mr Sivesh [Moderator Edit: Full Name Removed] & Mr Amit [Moderator Edit: Full Name Removed] is in CC for fraud attempt to escrow lock our account payments to them along with pushed loan at 23% interest rate

Little history. We applied for line of credit few months back, they forced sent us the offer of a term loan of a way higher amount. We told no to term loan , they still sent us term loan offer. They sent us reminder to accept it like dozens of time. We denied interest rate, we denied escrow lock, we denied interest rate & we denied processing fee. Basically everything because it was absolutely horrible offer. We don't need the money this desperately so we had the luxury to do so upfront.

Today, these guys from indifi are giving me a mail asking me to send the Accept Loan URL to them so they can click it by themself and push the loan on us and lock our account to escrow. Screenshot of the mail attached.

Why didn't amazon invent a simple deny loan button so that that link to forced past loan could be removed along with reason like we do in product returns. More than that such fraudsters loan companies like indifi should not be able to take advantage of lesser technically aware sellers. Also amazon should have an intermediate person to confirm with the seller properly over phone so such fraudsters can't misuse existing system of escrow lock.
