Trademark or Logo Misuse - Need help!
Have started to get lots of Trademark Logo Misuse dings, to the extent that my score is so low I could be suspended anytime.
Could someone please urgently advise. Here is just one example, where they say 'Philips' is the offending trademark/logo misuse on an Air Fryer. Firstly, I don't see how an Air Fryer - that's actually made BY Philips - contravenes it's own trademark!? Anyway, in the Appeal I have to agree that: I have updated the listing in compliance with Amazon’s Intellectual Property Policy. The listing no longer misuses a trademarked logo and can now be reviewed for activation.
What exactly am I supposed to change on the listing using the edit button in order to comply with this? Here is the listing as it is presently on Amazon: Philips Air Fryer

teh issue is that isn’t a Phillips air fryer.
See where it says visit the versuni store. That means Amazon see that as the brand versuni. Hence they don’t believe it is a Phillips product.
Check the barcode on the air fryer, does it match the barcode on the listing?

With the example you gave the brand on the listing is not Philips it is Versuni. Although if you click on the 'Visit The Versuni Store' it takes you to the Philips store.
It looks like at some point the brand has been changed on the listing. This happens an awful lot and I have software to monitor this and I come off the listing when it happens to avoid these type of errors.
Does the EAN on the product match those on the listing? If so you would need to appeal on this one saying the brand name has been incorrectly changed. It may be helpful before you appeal to try and get the brand name corrected through Seller Support (although that might not be that easy)

Hello @Seller_vPTlUYc5NALmW,
Thank you for reaching out.
Did you submit an appeal to this violation?
Best,
