Inventory Adjustment Code P & Q

Recently Amazon has removed our listing because it made some unauthorized medicinal claims in reference to the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and is therefore not approved for sale on the Amazon UK marketplace. I changed the wording on the product listing. Besides that, I also have called out our inventory back to us. After changing the wording in listing content the product changed from being ‘Suppressed’ to ‘out of sock’ so I sent the stock into the FBA warehouse again. and after 24 hours of being live, the stock was marked as ‘defective’.

I have downloaded the inventory adjustment report, And it’s showing the cause of the problem as inventory disposition changed (Code P & Q). I’m not able to understand the real reason behind that. Can someone explain this in simple words and also is there any way to make it available again. As we only have the option to remove the unfulfillable inventory.

According to my research, When first time I remove my inventory due to suspension of my listing and change the wording in my listing. And after successfully changing it I resend the inventory again. And then my inventory reaches to Amazon warehouse. So this whole process goes like this:
Code Q: I removed my inventory because of suspension and send it again after changing some wording in Amazon listing
Code P: After Code Q, Code P happened. Which means that a inventory added into warehouse after removal of different disposition.
So a new inventory product details aren’t matching the details on the listing. That is why, It’s marked as deffective. Which means Inventory that does not look or function as described in the listing and is not visibly damaged such as a recalled product
