UPS failing to deliver to Amazon
is anyone else having issues with UPS?
I am a new seller trying to build my FBA stock. So far they have lost a parcel with around 50 items (last year) and last week they collected and no scanning or updates since it arrived at Tamworth hub, and one that was collected yesterday was scheduled for delivery today, and tracking now shows re scheduled with no date known. So currently I have around 100 items floating about in their hub!
What other couriers are more reliable?
Any help would be appreciated as I’m mega frustrated especially as you can’t even talk to anyone at UPS.
If there are any Amazon support reading this, please please help.
Thanks 🙏

If it was down to UPS, there would be no issues. It's Amazon that cause all the delivery problems, rescheduling deliveries all the time, not collecting trailers from UPS depots etc etc.
I've found UPS simply excellent for collections 2/3 times a week and deliveries. That's my experience only of course, others may have had issues.
And as it's the main partner, shipments are split painlessly and at no extra cost.

I have a shipment that arrived at Tamworth on the 15/03 And still no progress from this either.

This is totally normal especially if they were only from last week

It's normal, Your UPS held stock will normally leave Tamworth after a few days as they are waiting for Amazon to tell them when to drop the trailer off.
Then you will wait a day or two for the trailer to be unloaded as its's left in the Amazon shunter yard , Once that is done and it has been checked in you will then find you have to wait even longer as they will then do fulfilment centre transfers around the country before they become live as prime listings.

Wait until you have what I have, Amazon never collects the shipment, goes so long that they close the shipment and list the "missing" units as "counted and confirmed - ineligible for investigation".
Cue banging your head against a brick wall with incompetent seller support totally ignoring that the their own tracking even shows they haven't even opened one of the boxes, so of course they can't find the missing units yet.
Now i'm out hundreds of pounds worth of stock and absolutely no recourse from Amazon or UPS.

completely normal, you can get reimbursed for lost inventory as well - I use a company call Getida but you can do it manually yourself if you have time. Always allow up to 3 weeks for inventory to land in amazon also

As someone else mentioned, it's not UPS, it's Amazon. They're constantly rescheduling, and even when they take delivery, it's taking them days, or even weeks to receive the goods onto the system. If we gave the same performance they'd be threatening us with removal of our seller priviliges.
