Seller account deactivated for no reason
Yesterday we submitted an application to get ungated in the brand category “Kleenex”. We purchased this product from our wholesaler and submitted the invoice like we have done for many other products. However on this occasion, without no warning, the companies seller account had been deactivated for the reason:
“You have supplied documentation to Amazon which appears to be forged or manipulated in the gating application submitted.”
I have submitted the evidence, original paper copy, bank statements, contact details for the wholesale but they said the evidence wasn’t valid and they required more. They said I need more information on these products no no actual list of products.
I’m pregnant and for 2 days this has cause me nothing but stress and anxiety I haven’t been able to sleep!
Can someone please help?
