My account is deactivated and I am trying to reactivate it, the links take me to the account health reactivation page where there are no policies to address when I try to contact support they tell me I can not raise support requests for this and I have to appeal the violations / cases on the reactivation page but I have nothing there.
Did you have violations previously which have now been resolved?
To resolve this I would skip past seller support now.
Firstly try emailing the Managing Director Email to ask them to reactivate your account stating that you have no policy violations.
If that doesn't work then try using Mediation. You do have to commit to paying money to use Mediation but often cases are resolved before a fee is payable.
Should I just setup a new account?
This account was created in 2014 and not used.
The only problem is all my details are the same.
