New system returns without a printer or smart phone for the label
I bought a cd on Amazon a few days back, but the seller is having a laugh describing it as LIKE NEW - disc is clean with one scratch line, annoying fault is the sleeve insert which is badly crumpled at the front.
I don’t have a printer and I don’t have smart phone, but I do buy Hermes labels and get them printed at my parcel shop by using the code(6 digits/letters) given.
If I opt for a return will I be able to access the required alpha numeric code to generate the return label

That is really a question for customer support!
Some returns will do it, others won’t. It depends whether it’s FBA, sold by Amazon, FBM or even SFP.
Nobody will be able to answer that. So why not just do the obvious and try to do a return?

As I know you have a seller account, how on earth do you manage without a printer ?
I know you sell books - do you not include the packing slip in with your orders ?
(as an aside - my husband doesn’t have a smart phone either - so you’re not alone !)
