New Invoice Section For The Advertising Invoices

There is a new invoice section for the advertising invoices where they can be downloaded, previously we used to download all the invoices from the tax document library for accounting purposes and it had ads invoices as well but now we see that the ads interface has a new section where we can download the invoices for the advertising fees.

Are these invoices still provided in the tax document library we downloaded everything from there for accounting purposes considering that the advertising invoices are in there as well but I checked some of the invoices from the ads interface are not in the tax document library.

Is there a cut-off date for this feature so we can correct our accounting and for ads invoices only rely on the new download section instead of the ones present in the tax document library?
