Read onlyHi, hope everyone is well. Could someone please help. On Friday (06/09/2024) I booked a pallet collection through seller central and the scheduled collection date was meant for today (09/09/2024). I received the usual email from Amazon stating that UPS will contact you in another email with the collection info. However, it is coming up to the end of the day for the scheduled collection date and still no email from UPS with the labels or any collection info. What should I do ?
If it helps this is my first UPS pallet collection but I do already have a UPS account under the same email provided to amazon for the collection. As I have heard they do make an account for you on the first pickup
