Feedback system issues
Hi everyone,
Is anyone else receiving negative feedback today that are not meant for them?
I have received 2 today, they have placed orders with us yesterday and today leaving negative feedbacks on items that we don't sell, one of them was regarding a shampoo(we don't sell shampoo) and the other about not being able to upload a picture we asked for? the buyers didn't even receive the item yet. I have been able to remove one feedback but the other is still there as it appears to follow the guidelines even tho we don't sell that product.
Anyone else?

@Sarah_Amzn can you help with this case please? the review is regarding a shampoo and we don't sell that product, we also received 2x1star product reviews which is very strange to be appearing in the same day as the other reviews we only had 1x2star review ( only because buyer did not read the instructions)and 14x 5Star, case number 10823350772
