Approved Listing (removed for restricted product) is not being reinstated after Amazon said it would
My listing was removed for being identified as a restricted product. It was reviewed AND APPROVED FOR REINSTATEMENT by the Product Compliance, Product Safety, and Electronics Safety Teams
My product was APPROVED FOR REINSTATEMENT on 11/26/2022, 9 days ago, and I received the message
"…Please note that the reinstatement may not take effect immediately but the process should be completed within the next 1-2 business days. "
I responded 3 days after and then got the same response again. I responded again and received the generic email
“…At this time, I am working with our internal team to reach a resolution on your case.
It can take up to 10 business days to conduct the investigation.”
A couple days later I received the other email saying the reinstatement process has been initiated and the listing should be active in 1-2 business days… What do I do? I’ve lost over $120,000 in revenue because Amazon MISIDENTIFIED my product and now they refuse to reinstate my listing

You may not be aware that it is a very busy Holiday Season at Amazon and it seems Amazon is laying off thousands of workers. It is just going to take time. Amazon has a history of providing optimistic times, at the best of times.
